Majority of deliveries are made on a 18 TON LORRY that requires suitable access to site. FAILED OR ABORTED DELIVERIES are CHARGEABLE due to transport costs. Please NOTE standard deliveries are to your door in a packed state assuming clear access to a ground floor. Be made to basement or other levels that require stair access.
